Due to stringent HIPAA requirements, you must have an individual user name and password to access this portion of our web site. For first time users, or if you have forgotten your password, please contact us to obtain your login info.
Found out that Adding a document does not always trigger an automatic email sent out to your Referring To doctor (some documents have images, which breaks the autonotification feature). Using Doc Talk to either upload the document or post a note that the document has been uploaded will trigger the autonotification.
